Workers’ Compensation

Workers' Compensation

In the event of an accident, workers’ compensation insures your firm for the medical costs associated with proper treatment of employees’ injuries, as well as up to two-thirds of their weekly salary. In monopolistic states, it provides coverage for employer’s liability and stop gap coverage. Federal coverage as required by the Jones Act and USL&H can be provided upon request.

For employees traveling or on temporary out-of-state work assignment, ‘all states’ coverage policy amendments are recommended as well.

Note: Safety and loss control programs should be developed and maintained since all losses on your workers’ compensation policy will affect your experience modification.
