Melissa Jarrett is our Director of Program Managers with more than 28 years of experience in the Construction and Insurance industries. She oversees Tran Hudson Brokerage’s Program Managers and is involved in all aspects of field operations relating to risk management. Melissa’s responsibilities include, conducting wrap-up and subcontractor orientations, issuing the project manuals, and setting up the projects in the RMIS system. As a Controlled Insurance Program (CIP) Manager, she trains jobsite staff, conducts project level financial and paperwork audits, and provides guidance for the CIP responsibilities to the subcontractors. She currently oversees 46 active projects with a construction volume of nearly $4 billion.
