Nick Walsh is the President of Trans Hudson Brokerage, with over 33 years of combined experience in Construction and Risk Management including over 20 years in construction operations with Turner Construction Company. He has the overall responsibility for the successful placement of insurance coverage and surety bonds for all clients including building and civil contractors, public agencies, developers and trade contractors with a combined annual construction volume in excess of $9 billion, supported by insurance and surety premium in excess of $200 million. Insurance products placed and managed by THB include Owner and Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP & CCIP), Builder’s Risk, Professional Liability, Pollution Liability and Subcontractor Default Insurance.
