Theresa Kendall is Tran Hudson Brokerage’s Wrap-Up Service Manager with over 25 years of Insurance and Administrative experience. She oversees the administration and quality assurance for the entire Wrap-Up program, with over 11,000 active contracts, totaling over $2.2 billion in construction volume. Theresa provides on-going team education, training and support, acts as liaison between clients, insurers and THB staff, and ensures THB maintains the highest quality standards. In addition, Theresa plays a key role in refining and customizing the RMIS system with our provider, to ensure the clients’ system requirements are being met.
